Each heel lift pad is 3/8" at the thickest end and 5 3/4" long. Small is 2 1/2 inches wide; Medium size is 2 5/8 inches wide; Large is 2 7/8 inches wide. The pads are grindable and can be glued into place for maximum boot comfort, which makes them work for men, women, & kids! Typical placement is inside the boot liner and underneath the insole which will allow your foot to slide farther back in your boots.
